Arrival and Dismissal
Arrival
Supervision starts at 8:15 a.m. Therefore, students should arrive at school no earlier than 8:15 a.m. If children do come earlier, parents should remain with them until the Yard Supervisor opens the gates.
If a student arrives before 8:15am, they should wait outside their gates or on the front steps of the school. On rainy days, we will open the gates at 8:15am, and students will go directly to their classrooms.
The warning bell will ring at 8:25am, teachers will then take students into their classrooms. Any students arriving between 8:25-8:30 will walk directly to their classrooms. Students arriving after 8:30 should go directly to the office to get a tardy slip before making their way to their classrooms.

Dismissal
- TK, Kindergartner and 1st graders – Please meet your students at the Primary-South Yard gates. Teachers will dismiss directly to guardians.
- 2nd - 5th graders - Parents can meet their children at the appropriate gate (2nd and 3rd at the "Champions" gate, 4/5 at the gate on Fairfield), or if you are picking your child up, they will gather on the front steps and will come to you as you pull into the loading zone. (Please do not exit your car.)
Please pick up your child(ren) immediately at dismissal time. Those students not picked up will be returned to the school office to wait quietly until a parent arrives. Parents should notify the office immediately if they will be delayed.

Llegada

Despido

We all are impacted by school traffic, whether we are trying to get our children to school, trying to get to work, living in the neighborhood, or just passing through during pick-up and drop-off activities.
